The Creative Hijab

Salaams and Salutations Beauties,

I'm on VACAY but is STILL coming up with great ideas for Beautiful UMMAH. Again, Ramadan Mubarak!! I pray everyone's Ramadan is going well. Don't forget about the Hijabi Project 2010 contest. Get your entries in by EID, iA, for the FAB LUSH gift card!!

Sooo (back to this post), have you ever been to a wedding and seen the most CREATIVE hijabs styles? Either on the bride herself or on in the wedding or attending the wedding and thought: 'I can't do that for EVERYDAY but its soooo pretty'?? Well you CAN. I've been hanging around YouTube lately and found ALL TYPES of hijabs tutorials, Hijabs of the day, hijab store hauls...OMG!!

So I had added Pearl Daisy a couple of weeks ago on FB, not really getting into what she had. OMG Pearl Daisy, operated by Sister Amena, has lots of great hijabs for layering and light ones for the summer. On her YouTube page Sister Amena gives you ALL type of hijab tutorials. She even explains what a 'Hoojab' is? What IS a Hoojab?

The Souq: great customers service, quick shipping, affordable, always having sales

Al-Mujalbaba
: again, great customer service, Sister Jennah is a DOLL **BU Loves her** and she is currently working on her new website to give MORE variety. *NEW WEBSITE PPL**

So where do YOU hijab shop? Are you NOW planing a creative look for EID? Oohh do tell!!

As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaah Ukhti,

I love, love , love and shop from both hijabstoreonline and the souq.

Both have great customer service and quick shipping. (hijabstore on line for it to come from another country to me there shipping is quick)

Great places to shop, and the prices really aren't that bad , either ( thats always a plus) Alhamdulliaah!

Take care.

I love HijabOnlineStore. Maya is great to deal with and her hijabs are nice with a quick delivery. Didn't have that great of an experience with Pearl Daisy . Though the hijabs are nice, the customer service has been poor so far and Im still waiting to hear back from them about my order.

I also ordered from a sister in the UK recently and she was so nice, quick delivery and even included a free pin in my order. You can find her on facebook under HijabFashionShop or her site (www.hijabfashionshop.com). She's having a promo of a free lace bonnet for Ramadan Orders.

I received a hijab today from another Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/onlinehijabstore#p/u/5/Vr611Bu138E) and she's also on facebook under Online HIjab Store. She's so nice to deal with and shipped my order pretty fast and I love the scarf I bought from her.

If I think about any other sites, I will let you know.

I've ordered from Pearl Daisy once (review on my blog.. if youre interested lol) and I must say some of the hijabs are adorable! I tried the 'hoojab' but I guess I still havent figured it out yet... Well I have but it makes my head look a funny shape.

Anyway, nice blog :-)
